{PLAYLIST} best of september 2014

Fall has fallen, but before we move into a month of pumpkins and pumpkin spice lattes, we must take the time to appreciate the lovely month of September. In September, we:
And in September, we were listening to:

"Morning Light" - The Dirty Guv'nahs
This is the happiest morning song -- I can't get enough.
"i" - Kendrick Lamar
Kendrick Lamar came dancing back on to our radar with this super catchy new jam.
"Every Breath You Take" - Denmark + Winter
Thank you, Pretty Little Liars, for bringing me a summer of entertainment and this beautiful cover.
"Say My Name (feat. Zyra)" - ODESZA
We had fun playing compare and contrast and featuring singer Zyra over this awesome track.
"You Make Me" - Cory Branan
I love love love that Cory paired up with Jason Isbell for this song.
"Stay Together" - Madi Diaz
We've been listening to this jam on repeat ever since we got a chance to interview Madi.
"Make It Last" - Shaky Knees
Move over, Jason Mraz -- Shaky Knees is the new fedora-wearing kid on the block.
"Every Little Word" - MNEK
MNEK has been our favorite singer this month with this retro R&B turned dance hall jams.
"Weekend" - Sun & Heir
Unique, acoustic alternative folk rock at its finest.
"Tin Man" - Future Islands
We finally got to see Future Islands live this month and this older jam was a favorite (and soundtracked our recap video!)
